Our Craft

From tree to table, South Ridge Maple brings three generations of skill and experience in crafting high quality, organic maple syrup and sugars.

Commitment To Quality

South Ridge Maple is committed to quality in our products and integrity in our business practices.

We are organic certified by EcoCert Canada. This ensures our forest management and production practices are sustainable and safe. Our bottling plant is BRC certified. The BRC certification is globally recognized under the Global Food Safety Initiative.

Each South Ridge employee is empowered and encouraged to take responsibility for quality. Whenever a potential problem is encountered, production stops. All product produced in that lot code is placed on quality hold and tested prior to release. The problem is diagnosed by the team and corrective action taken to eliminate the root cause.

A Special Place

It takes a unique place to make maple syrup this good. Situated on ancient land in New Brunswick, Canda, the South Ridge maple stand consists of over 250,000 maple trees that populate a spectacularly pristine forest.

Organic

South Ridge Maple is proud
to be certified organic. It means we must follow strict rules and practices to achieve this designation and ensures we produce superior products worthy of our name
and reputation.
